The Homestead Pantry Box Shipping Policy

There are not many downsides to living in our beautiful regional areas,
however shipping is one of them! We hate these costs as much as you,
which is why we use Aus Post Flat Rate Parcel Post to give you the best
rate possible.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends
and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will
receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates

All parcels work on a weight basis through Aus Post Parcel Post. This
ensures your goodies get to you safely and at the best rate possible.

Free Local Delivery

Available for orders over $50. Towns included are Matong, Ganmain,
Coolamon & Wagga City. Delivery times 2-5 business days. (excluding
weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.


Dispatching

All our boxes are quality checked and packed by hand to ensure your
box gets to you in perfect condition. However, if you feel this isn’t the
case, please refer to our terms and conditions regarding our warranty
under Australian consumer law.
