What is a subscription box?
A subscription box is a package of goodies sent to you regularly (in our case, every 2 months) for a fee. They’re a delightful surprise, containing a range of products tailored to your interests. With each box, you get access to limited edition and themed items you mightn’t have discovered otherwise. Plus, the community of subscribers creates a sense of belonging around shared interests. Subscriptions boxes also save time and hassle and are great value. In addition to the products, you also receive inspiration and support on how best to use those items. It's indulging in your guilty pleasures while saving money!
Can I choose what goes inside my box?
At the Homestead Pantry Box, we take pride in selecting products that will support you as a busy lady of the land. There will be sneak peeks leading up to the release of each box however, most of the contents will remain a surprise for your unboxing enjoyment (as we know how exciting a package arriving on mail day is!)
Can I change products to suit dietary/allergy requirements?
At the moment we don’t have this option available.
However, most products are gluten free so if this is your allergy, please select the option at check out. If any products contain gluten, we will swap for an alternative and will always let you know.
When can I expect my box?
All subscription boxes ship at the same time – on or around the 18th of the shipping month. So, it should arrive at your door within 7-10 days.

Can I buy one box?
You can sign up for the One-Box Purchase with Ongoing Renewal pantry box which allows you to cancel at any time with no lock in contracts.
Can I send a box as a gift?
You can select the gifting option when going through the payment section. We are happy to add a handwritten note to your gift recipient.
Do you organise corporate boxes?

Is the box available outside of Australia?
Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia.
I am a food producer – how can I have my product included in the box?

Can I return the box if I don’t like it?
Please order carefully as the Homestead Pantry Box does not accept returns or issue refunds for personal dislikes or allergies.
Of course, if there is damage or a fault with the product when your box arrives The Homestead Pantry box will help resolve the issue.

A product was damaged, can I get this replaced?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us at hello@thehomesteadpantrybox.com.au with a picture of the damage or fault as soon as possible so we can investigate further.
All requests must be administered within 2 weeks of receiving the box. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information about this issue.
When will I be billed?
You will be charged for the cost of your first box on the day you sign up to The Homestead Pantry Box. The subscription for your Homestead Pantry Box after that will be charged on the 5th of every month until it is finished, or you cancel your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them 5 days prior to the renewal date.
How can I update my information?
Please login on to your customer portal via our website. Here you can then click ‘manage my subscription’ to update information such as billing details, address and other options.
You will also be able to cancel or pause your subscription on the customer portal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
One-Box Purchase with ongoing Renewal & Mini Pantry Boxes can cancel up to 5 days before the subscription renewal date (the 5th of the month).
Please note if you have signed up for a 6-Month Commitment (Minimum of 3 Boxes) Subscription the cancellation refers to the renewal date not your commitment term.
However, if you would like to pause or skip a month you can do so by logging onto your account.
