The Larder Crispy Chilli Oil

Inspired by the Western region of China, this oil has been infused with a blend of crispy chillies, mandarin, shrimp paste and other robust flavours to create a warming sensation followed by a slight numbing from the Sichuan peppercorns.

Drizzle over soups, proteins, or traditionally mix with soy to produce the perfect dipping sauce for dumplings.

In terms of heat – its mild followed by a hum of numbness from the Sichuan.
