Toffee, Apple & Brie Nibbles

Perfect for Christmas nibbles with a glass of bubbles!

Instructions

  1. Remove brie from the fridge one hour before serving to soften.
  2. Arrange Toffee Apple slices on a platter. Slice the brie and place one piece on each apple slice.
  3. Toast macadamias under the grill until golden, taking care not to burn. Allow to cool, then chop.
  4. Sprinkle macadamias over the brie and drizzle with honey before serving.

Tips

Serving Temperature: Soft cheeses like brie are best served at room temperature for a creamier, fuller flavour. Remove from the fridge at least one hour before serving, or up to two hours if possible.

Baked Brie Option: For a warm variation, bake the brie whole with a drizzle of honey and some chopped walnuts. Use the Toffee Apple slices as dippers.

Cheese Pairing: Knights Toffee Apple slices also pair wonderfully with gorgonzola, aged cheddar, or gruyère for a versatile platter addition.
