Toffee, Apple & Brie Nibbles
Perfect for Christmas nibbles with a glass of bubbles!

Ingredients
- 1 packet Knights Toffee Apple slices
- 200g brie, sliced
- 60g macadamias, toasted and chopped
- Honey, to drizzle
Instructions
- Remove brie from the fridge one hour before serving to soften.
- Arrange Toffee Apple slices on a platter. Slice the brie and place one piece on each apple slice.
- Toast macadamias under the grill until golden, taking care not to burn. Allow to cool, then chop.
- Sprinkle macadamias over the brie and drizzle with honey before serving.
Tips
Serving Temperature: Soft cheeses like brie are best served at room temperature for a creamier, fuller flavour. Remove from the fridge at least one hour before serving, or up to two hours if possible.
Baked Brie Option: For a warm variation, bake the brie whole with a drizzle of honey and some chopped walnuts. Use the Toffee Apple slices as dippers.
Cheese Pairing: Knights Toffee Apple slices also pair wonderfully with gorgonzola, aged cheddar, or gruyère for a versatile platter addition.
